The Judging Process
Whilst KIMBERLY-CLARK PROFESSIONAL* started this initiative and has always been a patron, it believes that it should not judge and therefore has engaged the services of independent individuals with a cleaning industry background to be the GSA judging panel. Additionally, companies do not have to be a customer of KIMBERLY-CLARK PROFESSIONAL* or registered with any trade associations to enter the Golden Service Awards 2011.
Once entries close, the judging process which entails site visits will take place in July and August 2011. The judging panel is made up of 5 independent but experienced judges who will visit each of the nominated sites.
