Terms and Conditions
Entrants undergo a thorough assessment during the judging process, which incorporates the following aspects:
- All applicants must be contract cleaning companies.
- All contracts entered must have been held for a 12-month period prior to entry.
- A maximum of two(2) sites per size of contract per category may be entered, therefore making it a maximum of 8 sites per industry category that can be entered.
- Each entry must be on a separate form. Photocopies are acceptable. Applications may be submitted to Kimberly-Clark Professional, The Golden Service Awards, P.O. Box 829, Parklands, 2121; fax applications back to (011) 880 4629 or call (011) 880 5202 for more information.
- Eligible locations – given the costs and time associated with visiting some regional areas, applications in 2010 will only be accepted for sites within all major centres within South Africa.
- At the first stage the judging panel will consider the application on the basis of written material submitted. Short-listed applicants will then be selected for a site visit.
- Each entrant must be available to be visited by a site judge at an agreed time during July and August 2010.
- To qualify as a finalist within any category a minimum standard must be met.
- Entry forms and supporting material will become the property of the Golden Service Awards Administrators and will not be returned. The sponsor reserves the right to publish the award winners’ names, addresses and photographs for promotional purposes.
- Should a cleaning company lose a contract during the duration of the award the site management have to be contacted to make a judgement on whether to remove the cleaning company.
- Closing date for application is 2 July 2010.
- The decisions of the judging panel will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If the application form is not completed in full, the entrant will be disqualified.
- If the site supervisor is not on site he/she will not be interviewed at any other time or location.
